Join our “Puppets’ Parade” for the 2024 Stony Stratford Lantern Project!

We are delighted to confirm that this year’s Stony Stratford Lantern Project will be going ahead, supported by funding gratefully received from Stony Stratford Town Council and Stony Stratford Business Association.

We invite you to join in with our “Puppets’ Parade!” and make your lanterns ready for the Lantern Procession, part of this year’s Christmas Lights Switch-On Fun Day on Saturday 30th November. So many colourful puppet characters to choose from, we’re thinking: The Muppets and Sesame Street; Rainbow; Sooty & Sweep; Thunderbirds; Andy Pandy; Muffin the Mule; Basil Brush or even Punch & Judy…

On-line tickets for York House workshop spaces and make-at-home lantern kits will go on sale from 01 October. Put the date in your diary now so you don’t miss out and join our Facebook Group (Stony Stratford Lantern Project) for the latest project updates.
